Overnight Mocha Oats

Ingredients:

  1. Oats - 2 tbsp.

  2. Unsweetened cocoa powder [optional] - 1 tsp.

  3. Honey/date puree [optional] - 1 tsp.

  4. Soaked chia seeds - 2 tsp.

  5. Skim milk - 1 glass.

  6. Coffee powder - ½ tsp.

  7. Apple / any seasonal fruits - ½ katori.


Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix them well.

  2. Transfer it to a jar and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Next morning, stir up the mixture, top it off with chopped apples/ fruit, and enjoy while it's chilled!
