Zero-Carb Shirataki Noodles

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packet of shirataki noodles [any brand].

  2. 1/4 of a cabbage sliced.

  3. 1/2 carrot sliced.

  4. 1/2 red and yellow bell pepper each.

  5. 1 egg white.

  6. 5-10 garlic cloves.

  7. 100 grams of boneless chicken.

  8. Salt to taste.

  9. 1/4 tsp of black pepper.

  10. 1-2 tsp oil.


Directions:

  1. Empty the shirataki noodles in a strainer, wash them thoroughly, and keep aside.

  2. In a wok, add 1-2 tsp of oil, add chopped garlic, and stir-fry it.

  3. Once the garlic turns soft or a little brown, add sliced cabbage, carrot, and bell peppers.

  4. Stir fry, add 100 grams of boneless chicken pieces, add salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper.

  5. In a bowl, crack an egg and remove the yolk, and add the egg white. Mix it thoroughly.

  6. Add 1/2-1 tbsp of soy sauce and salt to taste.

  7. Add your shirataki noodles and mix them.

  8. Plate your zero-carb shirataki noodles and ENJOY!
